Department of Livestock and Fisheries was improved Beef quality by using agro-industrial by-products to 1. Improve cattle meat and production, 2. Decrease production cost, 3. Environment friendly and 4. Sustainable production. Cassava pulp, brewery grain and fish fermented pulp were used in cattle fattening feed results shown that native cattle could increase from 0.3 kg/d to 0.7 kg/day.
